> 3 dayI had to look up directions to learn how to remove and then attach watch band. It was easy after I realized there is a small button on each side underneath the watch. Once I got the band on I am happy with the smaller size and it is not too small. It is comfortable, nice colors and I will enjoy wearing these. I recommend.

Greater than one weekLove these breathable watch bands for my Apple Watch Series 7 45mm. They are however a littl but too long so I had to trim them. Normally the s/m bands fit my tiny wrist on the second hole snug. No big deal with these I just trimmed a little off and it worked perfectly!
