Battery life is good and they offer good noise cancallation. Connectivity to Bluetooth is easily done. All in all, these were well worth the money!!

- How can I troubleshoot when experiencing a charging issue?
1-Clean the earbuds’ copper charging pins at the lowest part of the stem and the pogo pins inside the charging case with rubbing alcohol to ensure the earbuds are charging correctly.
- How to connect to a new device?
1-Turn off the Bluetooth Setting of the original paired device.
2-Turn on the Bluetooth Setting of another device.
3-Search again for the pairing name "C16" and click to connect.
- Why does the headset sound louder and quieter after using it for a period of time?
1-The earphones may have stains blocking the sound
2-Remove earbuds and use cotton swabs and alcohol to clean stains/earwax.
