The Luck Jingle app is user-friendly and easy to download and install. I use a MacBook Pro and havent had any issues with compatibility so far. Remember that this printer only prints in black; it is a thermal printer and doesnt come with a color cartridge. Also, aligning the paper can be tricky, as there needs to be technology to assist with aligning the labels into the printer. Additionally, youll need to purchase rolls of 57mm thermal paper separately, as they are not included with the printer. Overall, this printer is a solid choice for daily tasks that require a portable printer.

This is a fun little monochrome pocket printer that uses thermal paper (or self-adhesive label) to create printouts on-the-go. It charges over the outdated Micro-USB, not over USB-C, which is a bummer. Not sure why manufacturers are still putting that connector on new devices.. You will have to install the Luck Jingle app on your Android or iPhone to get it to work, which is kind of a bummer. Id love to print labels directly from Windows (to print the occasional shipping label or QR-code), and while Windows can connect to the device over Bluetooth, it does not show up as a printer. I have no idea how to get this to work on anything other than a smart phone. Once connected through the app, the device works pretty much instantly. Select a picture in the app, and it comes out of the printer in seconds. The quality is reasonable for a toy like this, and nothing more or less than I would expect from a 200DPI thermal printer. Note that with this one, the paper is not included so you will have to get some roles of 57mm thermal paper separately. Other ones on Amazon come with a roll bundled in, which is handy... I am giving this 3 stars due to the required Chinese app (who knows what is being tracked), the micro-usb charging and the fact that this one does not come with at least a small roll of paper to get started.

Handy, small printer for printing out lists, stickers, labels, even photos from an easy-to-use app on your phone. Uses easy to find thermal products and is very easy to use right out of the box. Great addition to a smartphone - awesome find!

This is not my first Bluetooth thermal printer, but it is my first one that is considered a sticker printer. I like all of the cute clip art style images in the app. You are able to create custom labels as well. It was super easy to connect the app to the printer. I had zero issues with the app freezing or doing anything strange (iOS). I do not love this printer. The print is inconsistent across my labels - not the same density and streaky - regardless if I am doing a custom label or using one of the premade stickers from the app. Aligning the labels is annoying because it doesnt auto-calibrate like other printers. I would pull out the label and tear right after it... the first label would print okay, but the next one would print over 2 labels. When I created a custom text label in the app, I centered it vertically and horizontally, and it did not print correctly, despite putting in the appropriate dimensions for my labels in the app. The centered text printed below the halfway point of my label. Maybe it is user error, maybe it isnt. Regardless, I do not love the print quality or the app. It isnt as easy or intuitive as other apps I have used in the past. The printer and the app both work, just not as well as I would like them to.

Does not connect so I was unable to test it. It also did not come with any paper so I had to supply my own.I do not recommend buying.

I love products which leverage the phone to add usefulness and at the same time do so compactly. Most efficient. This thermal printer does just that. All the complex processing is done on your phone, via an app ofc and thus makes it very easy. The printer does not come with either battery or the thermal paper, labels, stickers etc needed, but these are common and easy to find and will depend much on what specifically you want to do, so seems kinda pointless and a waste to include. It works great and is simple to use. One thing also, its certainly small enough to fit into a pocket if one is for instance needing to move around and label stuff, like say a yard sale or auction or some such. One use I have for it is for some items found in my fridge, not put there by me, which I very much want to label, Weird Stuff. I mean, just as a common courtesy to any hapless individual who might happen to be accessing the fridge. :P :D (Haha, Ive been threatening for years.) A very good deal. :)

This a nice little printer for small uses. Easy to set up, comes with instructions and usb cord. Bluetooth enabled which was pretty easy to set up. Made my test label using the app on my iPhone.
