I used these to hang Commercial grade string lights.

Absolute the highest quality hooks Ive ever seen! Exact sizing for when those tolerances matters. Perfectly sized threads for a solid grip in the base material. Vinyl coating is a deep rich black, true black, for that high end stylish look. Definitely worth the premium price.

I wanted the 7/8 size but accidentally ordered these larger ones. I will use them anyway as they are a good quality and will still work with the lights I want to hang.

Not only did the product arrive quickly, but the hooks themselves were sturdy, well coated, and very easy to install. I placed them into a wooden beam and the screws buried snuggly with ease. I am using them to hold up wiring for lighting strings in my patio, but I believe these can withstand a decent amount of weight.

I drilled a pilot hole. But it was unnecessary. These work well.
