APDTY 426211 Hood Latch Lock Release Assembly

80s chevy square body hood release. The hood would need to be hit on just to open. It was getting to the point it took two people to open the darn thing. We replaced the cable and this latch. It opens like new now. Cheapest 15min fix I have done yet to the old truck.

Exactly the same as the factory. I paid to have it installed. It took them less than 5 minutes for it to be installed.

Pretty much an exact match and no more beating on the hood to get it opened veey well made replacement

Didnt like how it didnt come with bolts because my old ones didnt work with it. little concerned about this clip being slightly larger than the piece its wrapped around (see picture) but other than that it works great and easy to put on.

Fits my 2000 Chevy S10 Perfectly.
