I think instructions should be something you should consider sending with your product. All the reviewers asked where is the brackets were and if it wasn’t for me reading your comments afterwards I would have had no idea. No idea what drill bit to use, so I’m just winging it. Took the bracket off and the spray paint was spotty and wasn’t painted all the way through. Poor job all around. I probably would not recommend this product. But you do get what you pay for. A cheap price for a cheap product. I guess it does the trick for what you want it to do. Would not recommend!!!

Works perfect and fits well in my restroom

The connection plate to the wall doesn’t sit flush, so the whole thing is wobly. Looks great, but about to fall off the wall. My handyman is going to have to install it differently.
