I could never get it to recognize or sync with the app that I was supposed to download to go with it. My husband whos very tech savvy tried, and he couldnt get it to work either. Not pleased at all. Waste of money.

I. Any program it, it won’t connect to my WiFi.

I use these on all of my 3 d printer so I can shut it off when I’m at work

I have it hooked up to my fire tablet echo Google home and general network it took less Then 10 minutes to connect it to all those devices and my phone And I can use any of the devices to turn off and on whatever I plug into it whenever I want from wherever Im at I am definitely gonna buy more its worth every penny and unbelievably easy set up

I realized to late to return this piece of useless trash. Their app doesnt work with android and this is definitely not plug and play.

The plug has a solid blue light and said it was working, however I could NOT connect it to alexa. I tried for hours. Its to late for me to return this. I have other brands of smart plugs that work well. Alexa could not find this device. Its garbage. I will never buy sipailing product again

It wouldnt connect with Alexa. App was difficult to navigate.

Works great just make sure you download app.

The plug was a little hard to get working because the instructions are pretty vague. After holding the power button and getting it to discovery mode it was easy. The app is easy to use. I bought to turn our bug light off at a certain time and was easily able to set a schedule.

The main problem I had setting it up was that my wi-fi on my phone was set at 5G. Once I changed it to 2.4 Ghz it was an easy setup. I used the eFamily Cloud app since I already have other smart plugs on it. Tulu app should be an easy setup also. I was able to set it up but it only worked for a short period of time before it was completely useless..
