Item was in like new condition, as in like bought from apple store. No signs of wear and work perfectly well. If looking for a cheaper alternative for a full priced brand spanking new ipad? Id go with this. Its great value for money.

Product is great, and process was smooth and fast

I bought this for a 10 year old so I didnt want new until I see she is taking care of it. it has a few surface scratches but is in good condition! It works great no problems at all and it held the charge all day so she is very happy with it.

The first one I had to rerun, the battery life was poor. This one is excellent .
