Got product Later then the estimated delivery time. The package was not Insulated well. The IPad was cold when we opened it. However it does work so far and my daughter loved it.

Rebursished or renewed IPADS do not come with a new battery. The renewed IPAD I bought for my grandson last October for Christmas had the battery die (no longer charging) in only 6 months since start of use. Since you do not know how old the battery is when you purchase always get the vendors Protection Plan to cover the battery cost to replace as you have no idea how long it will be before it fails.

I purchased this Ipad on June 5th. While watching a movie, the colors on the screen started blending and faces were yellow, green or red. I am disappointed because I only had the product for approximately 3 weeks, downloaded my movies and purchased a screen protector, and case. Although its refurbished, I did not expect issues in 3 weeks.

This ipad seemed like a brand new one! Nothing was wrong with it and there was no scratches or anything. It is in perfect condition. There were no malfunctions at all, the screen was very new and came perfect. I ordered a screen protector and didn’t do it properly so it looks like that but with out it it was perfect. The price seemed unreal and I thought that it would be a broken, not working ipad but it is awesome. It seems like I just bought from apple unused. I recommend!!

I’ve bought 2 of these and I’m just a few short months of each other. My son touched the screen and it cracked, couldn’t afford to fix it so he had to keep using it and glass continuously keeps falling out and cutting his finger. Tried to replace screen but when I did the whole thing went out. Don’t waste your money on it
