it starts with voiceover on. You have to select something and then double click. It wasted me almost one hour to finally turn off the voiceover. I purchased several apple items but had this issue for the first time. so frustrating.

I did my research with all the different refurbished/resold iPads on Amazon before choosing to buy this one. I took into consideration the storage, price, condition, and most importantly the reviews on all of them, and ultimately decided that this one seemed like the best deal. I am thankful to say that it turned out to be a great buy! The iPad itself was in great condition when I got it, and I haven’t noticed any issues with the product itself or it’s battery life. Mine was engraved on the back with the prior owners name, but I just covered it with a sticker, it’s in a case anyway! Overall really great buy and great experience with the sellers. If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck with a refurbished iPad, go with this one.

No complaints. Its an iPad, so I knew it would be a great addition to my apple family of products.

So far no dislikes and the longer we have it, the more things we find that we love.

I read a ton of reviews for this because the deal seemed too good to be true, but I only found a few negative comments so I decided to buy it. It was such a good purchase and works perfectly! It came fully reset and ready to use by a new user. I 100% recommend buying this product! You will not regret it; at least I did not!

Ipad was in good condition but the screen was a little glitchy and not very responsive, finally got it set up and discovered it was locked and still had T-Mobile service linked to it. Unable to unlock, glitchy screen returned to Amazon. I’ll just wait for Black Friday sales to get the newest model not refurbished.

When we got the package it look like it had tire marks on it was ,not happy about that ,but lucky the iPad was in excellent condition

iPad is in perfect shape and works great!
