I was so excited to receive my iPad Air today. However it will not charge and I can’t use it. Highly disappointed

I bought this item renewed because it was more cost effective. I was afraid of getting scammed, but everything is in perfect condition! Only the original packaging was damaged.

I have found one itsy bitsy scratch on camera bezel other than that its perfect. I dont think I could tell difference between new and refurb. Thanks you guys.

I was really nervous about buying an iPad over Amazon but decided to because of the return policy. So far I’ve been pretty happy. There were one or two little scratches, but other than that it works perfectly. My one complaint is that the battery doesn’t run as long as I’d like.

It’s honestly a really good iPad! Like it’s screen & back is perfect, the camera & audio is good, battery life is great! The only problem is that it charges kinda bad. My iPad charges whenever it wants to, or constantly says it’s charging or not. I’ve only had it for a few days but has done that since I’ve gotten it. When I contacted the seller, they have been very nice about it and is quick to respond!

The ipad was like new and worked perfectly for the last few months. Highly recommended.
