Works as advertised

Everything was done as promised. This was a Christmas present and has worked GREAT!!! No issues.

There is no complaints ! This is my first apple device EVER as I have always bought android but I am very impressed with it I paid 350$ for it which in my eyes well worth the money I just wish it came w a real written book and an apple pen. Other then that I love it ! The battery holds out on videos apps and gaming the picture is so clear to ! It was shipped and I recived it in great timing. There so much more to learn on it but very impressed

Definitely not refurbish correctly… You would have to attempt the updates numerous times and the last straw was not taking the most recent update

I am a bit skeptical when it comes to renewed items, but I am loving this ipad!! It has changed my opinion completely! This is a pretty ideal way to get an iPad and save a little bit of money. So far, the thing works perfectly, although I could not get the fingerprint security to set up correctly (definitely not a deal-breaker). The iPad looks new. It does NOT have an official Apple charger or cord, but the charger that was included works perfectly. It was delivered very securely in a nice box, just not the official Apple box, as some of the other reviewers had mentioned. (I get it, each item is a bit different since they are all refurbs) I am very happy with the purchase and would not hesitate one bit to get another one from this same seller on Amazon. I only use my ipad for church and for travel, so its not like I needed top-of-the-line or brand-new. This was a great way to save a little cash and still upgrade my old, slow, heavy ipad.

Battery life is nonexistent. Not a $1,000 so that’s cool. Easy to use of course cause it’s apple.

Item was and came as promised. I’m very satisfied.

Even my much older iPad has twice the memory of this one. Spent 2 days setting it up and it was a total waste of time.
