DIRTY WORK!
09-06-2025I used it to seal my leaking fish tank. 55 gallon, vertical tank. I had to stick my head in the tank while sealing it and the FUMES were nearly unbearable! It tremendously irritated my breathing and eyes, so even though it sealed the tank good... I definitely recommend that you also use respiratory and eye protection.

> 3 dayTo get good use out of this stuff, make sure you do your prep right. We did not, even though we thought we did. So we had put lots and lots of goop on the thin layer of dirt on some rocks and not on the rocks, so the seal did not prevent water leakage. Now user error aside, this stuff STINKS. Stinks so strongly. Its been a few days since applying it and the smell in that room is still bad. Itll make your eyes burn up close.

> 3 dayI had a sink drain that partially rotted. It was metal. I tried a ton of different ways and 2 other silicones, and pvc glue and reducers to convert it to PVC. The old metal pipe was somehow cemented into the pipe in the wall so replacing the whole thing not an option. This did the trick. Water tight connection.

> 3 dayIt’s actually really good silicone. I Re-seal, Re-build, or completely build tanks on a daily basis and I would recommend this brand. Every brand has a drawback or advantage of some sort. The only thing about this silicone I do not like is dry time if you have any thick applications. Allow a day and a half for a basic caulk and inner seal job. If you are doing a Re-seal or complete build where the application is thick going under and between plus the inner seal I would highly suggest 4-5 days for it to completely dry through out. It has a tight, solid, bond with clean glass and is not easily removed once dry..... glass has to be clean and oil free so don’t forget to clean it with acatone just before you apply the silicone.
