> 3 dayBad design, water pools on the seat. Not sealed, Have it outside in my outdoor shower, it has already started to weather on the seat and it is leaking the stain-with it being teak, I though it wouldnt leak the stain, now, I have to figure out on how to remove the teak stain from my composite deck. I would not purchase this again. Very poor quality for the money.

> 3 dayI only give five star ratings to products that are better than I expected. The quality of this bench is amazing. It is rock solid, and all of the wood parts are nicely finished. Assembly was clear and easy, but a bit tedious. There was no design flaw here; the screw locations and angles meant that you could only rotate the supplied allen wrench about a third of the way before having to reposition it. It adds a touch of elegance to the shower.

> 3 dayThe shower bench is solid teak wood, and thus heavy and sturdy. I was able to put it together with the tool and screws provided in the box. The holes into which the screws are placed were properly aligned to the connecting section. There are also pegs with matching holes to help assembly. Some portions on the underside of the wood are not as well sanded out as they could have been. I suppose the manufacturer might say that since those areas are not seen, the additional sanding is not as critical. I, however, took off 1 star for that. It really needed a good layer of teak oil - including the underside of the chair and between the slats before use. No stars off for that, just a note that mine needed to be oiled before use. It is quite comfortable. I have thought about getting a second seat to use outside the shower as a sort of vanity chair, however due to the weight of the seat, it would need casters. Due to the angling of the legs, I suspect that will be impractical, so ill try one of their seats with straight legs. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase.
