What a relief being able to use tap water and know that by using this conditioner my fish are ok. I’ve been using this for 6 months now and they are doing well

Works great. We have 1 beat and this is waaaaay to much because u only use 5 ml and make a gallon of water but good purchase.

I previously posted a review saying how disappointed I was that my item was marked out for delivery while it was still in California across the country. Two days later the items were delivered, later than expected, but not terribly so. Im okay with that during these unusual times when the health and welfare of ones fish is not as important as delivering essentials to humans. The fish survived the two extra days before water changes. If theyre alive and happy, then Im happy enough.

I had read other reviews of the bottles being delivered opened so I knew it was a risk so when the package was delivered I grabbed it right away and opened it. I was able to save almost all of it from spilling but there was a small amount in the package.
