This is a great filter for turtle tanks. It’s easy to replace and clean, and keeps odor down & water very clear. I’m a student who doesn’t have time to clean my turtle’s tank every week and with this I can clean it about every 2-3 weeks! Love it.

This water filter was recommened with the water pump purchase. These are size large filter replacements, but i ordered a small water filter. Why would Amazon recommened an item thats the wrong item.... my fault for not reading more carefully before processing items in my order. I cant even excgange the large filters for the size i need as this item cant be exchanged or retuned according to Amazon return/exchange policy. Ultimately disappointed with my whole purchase, water pump and all.

Its a good filter and I clean them out to use them a few times.... I even took one apart and put in a sponge to save money. There expensive! The only thing I dont like about the filter is the price.... and unfortunately, I dont have any other purchasable options for the filter and these work way better than what I can make my self. So...yeah. Expensive but good. A little too expensive. Ive been buying these for about a year. Buying them in big packs is the way to go.
