The box it came in was torn and the paper bent. It had to be returned. The second try also came in a torn box. However the paper was not damaged.

Got this as a Christmas present and I love it. I love arches paper for watercolor and really love the 300 pound paper for its ability to take a ton of washes without buckling. Of course its twice as expensive as the 140 pound, but holds up so much better. I will never use any any of the cheaper watercolor paper like masters touch or Strathmore. The results of using paper that isnt 100% cotton rag for watercolor just isnt worth it... not even for practice. Oh yeah, I also got the 140 pound 10 pack for Christmas!!!

Arches 300 lb paper is the best an artist can use! Lifting color is a snap!
