This is truly the best watercolor paper. Very sturdy and workable without deteriorating the paper.

Its a very expensive paper to be delivered carelessly. The block was delivered only with the bubble envelope and its not enough protection unless its treated very carefully. I’m disappointed because its the first time I bought this block :(

Great paper. Good quality, consistent performance, and hold up to wet media well.

This brand is considered by many to be the best brand for watercolors. I would say it is in the top two. This brand has been used to print French money. A great choice.

Love the quality, it does not pill up like other papers,

Rough surface allows/absorbs numerous layers of paint for blending as opposed to smooth surface which will not. When purchasing the cold, smooth surface (product cover is a pink-ish color) I was told it would blend..it wont! Would not allow me to return. ML

I splurged for this paper and received an irreparably damaged product. The corner of the block was bent and squished, leaving every single page with that same defect. I’d return it if it wasn’t such a hassle right now, but instead I’ll need to cut down every single page and would caution anyone else against ordering this.

Arches cold pressed is what I choose to use for my water colo painting.
