Arches Watercolor Block, Cold Press 10X14

Cold press paper. First time used quite different results from hot press. Quality of paper very good.

Lovely watercolor block. Serves its purpose, and its easy to remove sheets so long as you follow the directions and use a palette knife.

Arches is a wonderful watercolor paper. It takes a lot of abuse without pilling. I highly recommend it.

Love the way this paper absorbs watercolor. I am very pleased with it, even though the size is a bit small for my taste.

Bought this item for my painter wife. She said she love it very much.

I mistakenly criticized this product just a few minutes ago regarding buckling which occurred because I removed the first two sheets from the block before painting, pre stretching the second sheet after having trouble with first. However I’m not thrilled about trying to paint on a pile sheets stuck together

Im still a beginner at watercolors, but this paper is definitely the best Ive used so far. The paper absorbs the paint nicely and colors bloom perfectly. I love the block format of this paper as well. It prevents it from buckling when really wet.
