> 3 dayThe thermal paste does its job well on my new PC build. I like using the spatula to make sure I cover the cpu fully and evenly. After that I even cleaned up my six years old pc and applied the thermal paste there. Checking the temp is about 35 to 40 degrees C on normal usage. I have yet to test temps when heavy gaming.

Greater than one weekI am a novice computer tech. Put this on after removing old paste on a 3 year old processor. Running temperatures are much lower than before. I am hardly ever pleased. I am pleased.
