> 3 dayMy gaming laptop runs hot because of the i7 9750H. Out of the box my CPU cores were 100°-105° C. After applying Arctic MX 4 all cores are 10°-20° C cooler. Its a good consistency as well. Not too thick, not too runny, and its easy to apply. I didnt bother using the included tool to spread the paste. Im not sure if the paste is going to last a full 8 years, but theres enough in the tube to reapply several times of needed. I spent days and days researching thermal pastes before settling on Arctic, and Im glad I did. Very highly recommended.
