I love this and it covers my daughter well. We live in Central NY and we get some pretty brutal weather and this car seat cover is wonderful.

I did a lot of research before getting something for our grandchild who lives in a harsh northern climate. I also researched what safety experts said about these covers. Anything that comes between the seat and a baby is dangerous. This fits over the seat like shower bonnet. Its waterproof and has a built in blanket. I really could not find anything else that was both effective AND safe. This is the only choice.

This is warm and perfect for Midwest winters. Only issue is that its a fuzz magnet, but thats an easy fix.

The cover was a little snug on our car seat (We have the baby trend car seat) and the flap does not stay closed all the way but our baby always has a hat on anyways in the car seat. This was definitely something I would recommend to people to get. The blanket inside is a must have. Im glad that I got that one over the one without. Worth the extra money!

This item seems great except when I put it on my car seat my 7 month old sons head was almost covered completely by the top of the cover. Since the top does not zipper back it drove my son crazy that the fabric was touching his head. This would be ideal for smaller babies. The fleece is soft and feels warm.

I have a britax car seat and fits well. I can still use the canopy. I love having the blanket attached, one less thing to worry about. This is safe compared to others as this doesnt go between baby and car seat only on top. It is super warm, i live innew england and i never have to put a jacket on baby even on winter days, this is important for safety reasons. 1 complaint is that as he gets bigger (6months) if he leans his head too far forward it will get stuck in front of the cover, he can fix it himself if he tries and it doesnt happen often at all but enough to keep my eye on him for it. I dont think this is a flaw of the product just something to watch for
