> 24 hourIf ure used to use Speedo then u will find it hard in the beginning to use Arena.Theyre a bit smaller and in the begin i found it difficult to put it correct on your head and it felt harder.Once u get used to that its the perfect goggles:especially if u swim a long time:i normally swim 4-6 hours and dont need to clean the view which i had to do offten with speedo.Its not chaep but worth the money if u swim a lot.
