Only thing missing would have been labels for the size of the sockets

These did just what I needed. I cut one in half, and thats all I needed. I have a small specialized collection of sockets specific to appliance repair, and I needed just these to fit into a small bag. Perfect. So if your question is Can these be modified? the answer is yes.

These are great rails, but heavy sockets will want to slide off. Some people fixed this with bolts or zip ties. I used one zip tie around the rail, and then another zip tie through the slot, wrapped around the first zip tie to pull it tight. The second zip tie keeps the first from being pushed off as well as adding tension. I uploaded a picture in case it helps someone. As far as I can tell, these and the ABN brand ones are identical, so buy whichever one is the best price.

Got these tool socket organizers and I really like them a lot. Just ordered more so I can complete all my sockets organization in my tool box. They work great with deep sockets and impacts. The rail is nice quality. Red and blue are good looking finish. Havent ordered the green or black yet but I will soon. I like how it slides up and down the rail very smoothly and adding more socket holders is a great idea with the selling of additional. I carry these socket rail with sockets on them with me from my tool box to my car and it doesnt fall out. I was going to get the Ares magnetic rails too but waiting to test these first to see if it work since magnet rails are slightly higher cost and I have tons of socket sets bc I have multi boxes and offsite use too. I do recommend them from other brands so far. Get the longer rails if you have bigger sockets.

Awesome rails you wont be disappointed. They hold the sockets if turned upside down, even my big impact 36 mm. Im buying a lot more and doing all my sockets with these.

Nice rails, not bendy. I just got a set of Carlyle sockets and the come on plastic rails that flex and roll over, so I wanted to upgrade. These are much nicer than the plastic rails. They can be stood up. If you want, you can put the socket connectors facing either way (intermittently opposing each other). They are pretty solid. A bonus for me is that they use the same socket connectors as the Carlyle set so I had plenty of extras. Its not a big deal, but the only thing I would ask for is some extra end caps so I can cut the rails put the caps on the shorter segments.
