We purchased these to put on my sons valentines versus candy. We just taped them on and they were a hit. Balls glow in the dark. Overtime the smiley face does wear off. Good value for the money and a nice alternative to candy!

They do not glow in the dark! Not even a little bit, and by that I mean NOT AT ALL! If I were you, I would remove that false claim immediately!
