Great quality! Its 2 pieces. The back piece can be attached to your clothing, back pack, etc., then the front badge part (shown in picture) Velcros on and off. The first one I bought for my sons Eagle Scout ceremony and it was a big hit. My non scout older son wanted one too!

Unfortunately I only got two of the three I ordered but they do look bad ass
