It only was hear able in one side

First of all, it is a really truly amazing pair of headphones. I can listen to music, call my friends, and pretty much use my phone normally while not having to worry about sound. However, every so often its like the bass turned off. This is really minor and I think it might just be mine, and it is easily resolved with just unplugging the cord directly from the headphone and plugging it back in. Although it might seem like a distraction it only really happens when something is touching the cord. The slightest touch will trigger that sort of strange noise. As long as you just play in a somewhat normal position, it shouldnt bother you. I still think that being able to listen to music or talk to my friends makes me overlook the fact that I just need to quickly unplug and plug back in mid-game (once in a blue moon). Overall I would say this is an amazing pair of headphones. FYI**** you cannot use the mic directly to your switch no matter which one of the sides of the cord you are using.******

I bought these headphones super excited, they were gonna be my first pair of gaming headphones. So it was pretty disappointing when I plugged them in and they weren’t sounding right. The cable was damaged and so I could only hear music from the left side. It was an absolute bummer spending THIS MUCH MONEY for a faulty cable. I’d give it one star but dang they still look really cool and imma big legend of zelda fan.

Brother loved it

I love it, it works exactly as intended for the Switch. The trouble that I had with it is that I wanted to also use it for PC, and for some blasted reason the industry decided that the input and output channels for the audio jack in phones would be in a different order than they are for PC. The included splitter likely only works for phones. You will need a different one in order to use it with a PC, and probably with other consoles; without it, other players will most likely only hear game sounds rerouted through the splitter. The included splitter works correctly for the Switch and phone as intended. The splitter required for PC use is cheap, but you wont find it in most big box stores, order it online. I still give this headset a 5-Star rating because I love it and it works exactly as intended, I just had trouble making it work for a different purpose, and wanted to help others find the solution.

Though the box came beat up, the headset inside was complete. The microphone that comes with the headset exceeds the price range and is the higher quality than expected. The cushioning is extremely comfortable and fits perfectly on my head even on top of my hair. Volume is an issue but is made up by the sound quality. Worth more than what was sold.

Love this brand! Sound is amazing and it is very comfortable on. Only drawback is it does hurt a little if you have piercings! So be careful.
