I love this pc, is light and powerful.

Where do i even start? Well first, i absolutely love how compact this laptop is. Its a 14 inch laptop which quite rare of a laptop. Gaming performance is excellent too and the build quality is astonishing. The only problem with this is how loud the laptop gets, i would turn the settings down to silent so that nobody can hear the noise at all while doing school work or attending college classes

After a month and a half of use as flight simulator pc, a half dozen keys (plus the space bar) went dead. Multiple attempts to fix by restarts did not fix the problem. Finally unplugging, letting sit for a bit and restart did fix it, but I returned it-seemed risky to hold onto. Not happy about being charged an $80 restocking fee

Do not be fooled. This device does NOT possess the AniME animated background despite being advertised in the videos attached to this ad. The device does not support it and despite it looking like its installed on the back (the little dots that look like LED light spaces) the machine does not possess this feature. Besides that, the computer is sleek and strong and does what it needs to. One Star rating due entirely to the false advertising attached to this product.

Arrived early and easy to set up. Great processor and graphics. Easy to upgrade ram. Very pleased thus far (day 4).

It’s a decent laptop. But it blue screens constantly. Black screens as well. All require a hard reboot. It’s starting to get on my nerves. I have a 2018 MacBook that I’ve been running in a production environment (VMware, Ai/Ps/InD/Figma/Sketch/VScode/iTerm/Docker/VirtualBox w/ Kali, Pentoo, and Ubuntu) - I’ve had maybe 10-12 crashes since buying it. This ROG Zephyrus G14… crashed at least 12 times in the past 5-7 days. Sometimes I’m not even doing anything, like it’s literally at the screen saver or just playing music, and I get either a blue screen or black screen (where it’s on and running but the screen is completely black). I liked it up until this BS started. I recovered from the recovery partition and it’s now completely unreliable. Blue screened during an RDP session, during an SSH apt update && upgrade of multiple Linux machines, and randomly explorer stops working and no matter what I do double clicking apps won’t launch them. Yay another reboot…

I love this laptop, its not overly bulky and still puts out a ton a power, great for gaming on the go, just wish it had camera.

Globalmente la computadora trabaja bien. La batería llegó defectuosa. Windows 10 y el BIOS reconocen a la batería como 100% cargada. Windows reconoce que la batería está conectada, al 100% de carga y que no está siendo cargada. Si se desconecta el cable de alimentación, la computadora se apaga. No se puede encender la computadora si no está conectado al adaptador de carga.

Love the product, works great, i use this pc for renders and illustrations and so far it is really amazing, there is no noise. It does nto have a camera but for me at least it is not important
