Laptop build is quite solid. Look durable.

Turned out product was registered already so it is not new and so no warranty. It was too late to return this when I discovered so I would go with something that has warranty instead.

This laptop has a faulty wireless adapter. I have been on the phone for hours. Their chat refers you to BestBuy GeekSquad. I took it Best Buy and then contacted BestBuy online just to make sure it wasnt a mistake. BestBuy isnt going to help if you bought it from Amazon. I may end up returning this just because I cant get support. Sure, I could probably buy an external wireless card but what about the next time I need something.

It is a $1800 laptop and it always fails to sleep when I close the lid.

Bought this laptop on June 2021. It stopped working about 2 months ago. I had it brought to two computer repair shops and I was told by both that the motherboard is dead. This laptop has been cared for and never dropped. I called Asus Support and was told that this laptop only has a 1-year warranty and that they wont be able to do anything about it. The computer repair shop quoted me $1200 to repair it as the motherboard costs almost $1000.

Llevo 2 semanas usandola y creo que es de las mejores laptops que he visto, la pantalla, teclado, potencia para edición de fotografia y video y jugar videojuegos ha sido excelente. El unico incoveniente es que no tiene camara y su microfono es de muy mala calidad. Totalmente la recomiendo si necesitas portabilidad y potencia, lo unico seria que compres una webcam y microfono aparte!

2 months after purchase, nvidia gpu stopped working, even after 2 days of troubleshooting. Needed to replace thermal paste. Back to 5 stars.

This is the best laptop i have ever owned. From daily checking of emails to full online gaming it is a beast. So happy with how it can keep up with the newer games.
