I have no complaints it’s a very nice and light weight notebook.

it’s pretty good. i bought it for my first year of college and it suited me pretty well. the only major problem was that it would randomly just turn off? it would show a blank screen and i would have to shut it down and start it up again. this happened a lot when i was working on a paper for school and sometimes my work didnt save, so i suggest writing on an application that saves your work automatically every few minutes. that’s honestly the only problem besides storage. it cannot hold that much but you can always get a terabyte usb. good graphics, pretty fast, easy to navigate. pretty great for the price

Nice laptop for a great price. Bought for our 10 year old daughter and it works great for all her games and everything we need it for.

Craft videos and everyday use

I thought it was nice,affordable, my 1st ever laptop. Saved up cause my oldest daughter was hospitalized for 9 weeks and I needed to video meet with Drs across the state and needed something I could take with me, check emails, and Meet through Webcam as I couldnt be there every day, keel my job, and keep the other small children in school. I thought itd be perfect. I was wrong. I feel completely scammed! I only used it once to sign into my email and set it up one day. The same week I had to use it for a video meeting with Drs to touch base...I ending up loosing my job so I had been at the hospital for 2 weeks while my sister watched the Littles back home..came home last night. Wanted to make sure I still had bettery life etc for todays meeting via Webcam and IT DOESNT EVEN TURN ON?! NO LIGHTS! NO NOTHING! 2 TIMES I USED IT. 2! 45 MINUTES EACH TIME MAYBE! WOW. SMDH

I LOVE IT!!!!!I current got it for school(senior in highschool) and its working great so far. The color is beautiful and the screen is big and nice. Its also lightweight and not too big where its heavy, if youre looking for a budget laptop. This is the one for you

Asus has the worst customer service, better hope nothing breaks. Because it will be your fault, even if it is the companys.

This is a great little work computer. It has low storage so dont expect to download huge files. For anyone concerned, they did send me the 128gb usb drive as well. I use the laptop for school and homework. The usb drive holds all my files and I am overall pleased with my purchase. The zoom camera is not the best quality but fairly decent and does the job. I did get confused because at first the computer was prompting me to only use Microsoft programs (i.e. Microsoft Edge vs Chrome browser) but I turned off S mode in settings and was able to download all the programs I regularly use. Do not run a memory diagnostic, it freezes. I had to factory reset my laptop but I was able to save some of my settings. I have only had this laptop a week but so far so good. I will come back and continue to update.
