My daughter needed a laptop for college and this was perfect! She likes the touchscreen part.

It loads pages on line faster than either of my computers. I have only used Windows till now. I found this so easy to use just no problem. The comments about the keyboard are right but even so I would buy it again.

I’m an Apple fanboi but I admit I’ve grabbed this Chromebook so often my MacBook Pro is feeling lonely. The screen is so much brighter and crisp compared the the Pro, which surprises me. I like ASUS products, when I built my own computers years ago I went straight for the ASUS motherboard shelf exclusively. They’ve continued their quality!

We travel quite a bit in the fall each year. My husband has always used his old, huge & often faulty laptop to make lineup changes. He’s in multiple leagues so there are times that he’s making changes a few times a week. This Chromebook was such a welcome addition for him. It is very sleek, lightweight & powers up quickly. When he got an alert on his phone during our plane ride, he was able to make changes within minutes rather than have to try to rely on his old clunker.

Only a little over a month after I purchased it, it stops working right. It shuts off for no reason, even when it is fully charged. The screen shuts off randomly and it is so slow. I am super disappointed at spending a few hundred dollars on a piece of junk that stopped working right. I do not recommend this at all!

Went completely dead after 3 months of use. Warranty didn’t cover replacement! Why would I want a new computer that stopped working after 3 months to be fixed instead of replaced with one that’s not defective!

The description said this was touch screen but its not!

My daughters chromebook died suddenly and since she does online school we had to scramble for a replacement. This ASUS has been fantastic. It’s a great size, processes quickly. Monitor has great color and definition.

The letters and symbols on the keyboard are difficult to see with white on the silver keys. Unless you are typing in the dark, the back lighting is almost invisible. Overall, it works like it should.
