> 3 dayASUS chromebook with bad keyboard, which failed within warranty period. ASUS acknowledged issue but WOULD NOT accept unit for repair because I live in the 50th State. I offered to pay for shipping but they still refused to accept it. I would have to ship it to a friend in the lower 48 and have them ship it to ASUS. My friend would then have to re-ship it back to me when repaired. ASUS needs to be informed that Hawaii is a state in the USA.

> 3 dayLike most of the other reviews, the backlit keyboard is nice, except in the daytime when its difficult to see at times. Otherwise, this is great

17-11-2024My old Dell laptop was nearing the end of its life. Slow, sluggish and the battery would no longer hold a charge. I decided to look into Chromebooks and give one a try. Ive used other ASUS products and was pleased, so I had confidence their Chromebook would be a good one...and it is. So far everything about it works perfectly and the more I get used to it the better I like it. The keyboard is responsive, I can hook up a remote mouse, which I prefer, and on the occasions where I use it as a touch-screen pad instead of a coputer, it seems to work well. All in all Im pleased and recommend this product.

> 3 dayJust got this as a replacement for the amazing Asus C302 Chromebook. Our house is all Macbook, but I like the simplicity of the Chromebooks. Pros: screen, speed, looks, much improved sound. Cons: when the screen is open to view, past vertical, the computer, unlike the C302, rises up in back and rests on its hinges, which is odd, since it is not sitting on its feet in back. Design flaw or planned?
