The amount of effort it takes to open this laptop is ridiculous. Im not exaggerating. Ive never expected anything like this

Update: neither the seller nor manufacturer are taking responsibility for this defective product. Amazon’s A to Z guarantee apparently doesn’t cover defective products, unless the defective is identified within 30 days of initial transaction, so they haven’t been helpful either. I guess I’m out of luck for $275.

Have used this product line for years. Every 5 years it is time for a new one.

The device works as expected. Very study and not flimsy like some laptops. The touchscreen is pretty sensitive too.

The keyboard is very difficult to see the letters, etc. on. Even when the back light is turned up all the way. Clear letters on a silver keyboard are not a good combination.

Like most of the other reviews, the backlit keyboard is nice, except in the daytime when its difficult to see at times. Otherwise, this is great

Avoid. Overheats. Make sure you carefully examine the vendors return policy so not get into a problem returning it if yours does too.
