Upon opening the box, in which I always take video, the computer, once turned on had no screen action whatsoever. Completely black. I would highly recommend purchasing a different laptop.

Not much to really say, i didn’t get much time to use it before it started crashing.

If you want to get a good laptop for gaming do not buy this one. The 3050 ti gpu is pathetically poor GPU because of the 4gb VRAM. Because of this fact you will have incredibly reduced frames than you would have with an actually decent gpu. You want at minimum 6gb vram for good gaming. You wont get good gaming with this laptop.

Well when I first started up this computer is gave me a blue screen of death. Reinstalled Windows same issue. Not a good impression for Asus Laptops. Returned ASAP. I suggest avoiding this laptop.

It’s a great computer for the price point. Easily upgradeable ram and hard drive. The ram upgrade is a necessity for this type of computer. It’s not going to play the latest AAA games great. If your just looking to play Fallout 4, 3 and NV on Ultra this is the computer for you.

Excelente compra, llego de manera correcto todo

Llego en buenas condiciones me sorprendió esperaba que fuera menos potente con respecto a los juegos corre el jedi fallen order en gráficos altos generalmente bien y es un juego reciente la batería como cualquier computadora gamer no dura mucho cuando estas jugando a lo mucho 1 hora 40 min o 2 hrs esta muy bien contruida se siente resistente y me gusta mucho su pantalla con marcos muy delgados y el teclado también está bien y es muy comodo en general es muy buena computadora para empezar si es que no eres muy exigente

No cuenta con camara web, lector de huellas o de SD. Pero es bastante buena para la mayoria de cosas que uno quisiera hacer con una computadora portátil. Windows 10 inicia muy rapido, renderiza bien los videos y tambien sirve genial para edicion de imagen. Puedo jugar call of duty ww2 en graficos altos. Y la bateria dura unas 6 horas con un uso basico. En fin me encanto, y creo que tiene un muy buen equilibrio entre precio/calidad.

Ive always bough Asus laptops for my family in the past due to minimal bloatware and a focus on quality. The machine I got this time has made me question that. While the internal components are good individually, the unit I received regularly bluescreened, even after all windows updates. The screen occasionally went black, like the connection inside wasnt good. Lastly, upon further research, I found the laptop was built with soldered RAM, preventing future upgrades. By far the worst Asus product Ive ever purchased.
