Cargador defectuoso,asus ni amazon se han hecho realmente responsables,si quieren hacer una compra internacional guarden mas dinero en caso de que tengan que pagar un envio que sale alrededor de 200 dolares,al comunicarte con amazon te cortan la llamada cuando no saben que solucion darte y la garantia de asus,supuestamente que solo sirve en estados unidos,en conclusion e estado mas de un mes y solo me dan soluciones parches,muy insatisfecho.

This is a nice laptop. I like the 10-key and the TUF part of it. It does seem slightly more rugged than other laptops but also does not seem like it is much heavier. At first, I did not pay attention to that but now that we got it and are using it, I realize the rugged military spec is my favorite part. It is the very lowest of the military specs so its not super strong like our Toughbooks at work but at least it is there.

This laptop came perfect, no keys missing and no blue screen. It does have a camera. 5 stars.

Perfect for this price

Excelente construccion de materiales, se siente robusta, aunque muy pesada para andar paseando con ella. Tiene varios modos de bateria, pero en el modo silencio full carga la bateria sin estar enchufada dura poco mas de 3 horas, no la recomiendo si la vas a usar en exterior sin conexion electrica. Para juegos excelente corrio muy bien star wars fallen order y viene con pantalla mate para proteger la vista.

After receiving this supposedly new laptop and registering it on Feb 13,2023 it indicated that this was already registered back in Dec. 2022, so this is a returned used laptop.

De lo mejor que viene

The laptop is really well-built, fast and simple perfect for work, study and gaming, the only thing to have in mind if that you are heavily gaming it can get hot, so I would recommend a cooling base/stand, but this is a great laptop for the price !

Really good value. It doesnt overheat and it looks great. I have 2 small complaints:

Love the speed. Im going to try and overclock the GPU in hopes of hitting UFO status on userbenchmark.com. I am not a fan of windows 11, but hopefully Ill get used to it.
