amazons false advertizing be carful latly amazon sells you stuff that dosent have as describe and made me lose 489 dollers i installd a program that is for work only works on 1 pc and if i get it on another pc it will not work unless i pay 489 again amazon denise to re inbers me for my 489 since there site description was incorect and they denied me to atleast replace the parts i am not asking for money back or enything just want the parts that my gameing laptop is supost to have but dose not

Over all oowww awesome power laptop for this price. this is my stock trading laptop 16gb/512gb ssd very fast!!! lightweight and thin, for me the down side is flat keyboard not use to it yet and wish the battery last longer.

The graphics and RAM were fine for my usage (mostly internet browsing, VR games and Hogwarts Legacy). I liked that it could be upgraded easily. The what-a-teenage-boy-would-like design style that is popular on most gaming laptops was more muted here. The sound isnt great. I returned it because I found the screen quality to be lacking. It was cheap and I couldnt get bright enough for my taste. My 2019 Asus laptop is OLED. Why isnt this one?

My first review was to return it but since it was good for value, I decided to keep it. However the laptop is heating a lot, I fear it will burn out because the CPU temperatures go quite high and very noisy. The cooling is not enough, you cant even touch the upper side of the keyboard because of heat. I fear it might malfunction soon because of melting of some pieces inside. I just play total war by the way so its not super high graphic needs, if I play a FPS I think the computer will burn. So, overall good speed and graphics but bad sound, bad keyboard lights and extremely bad cooling.

The keyboard is defective. Every time I press P key it gets stuck. The battery status sometimes drops suddenly (e.g. from 100% to 80% in just a second). I requested a return days ago, but the UPS is not coming to collect it, and the only return option they provide is UPS pickup, which sucks.

This laptop came perfect, no keys missing and no blue screen. It does have a camera. 5 stars.
