Am diagnosing what the problems are 16 months after purchase. Why is it so hard to find a rugged Windows laptop?

Laptop itself is a nice piece and performs well. And plays all the games i want. Very impressed on the look and durable. The charger has loose cable coming out of the base. I found this when i opened the box for the first time.

Ive had this little lap top for a few months now and I love it so much! I am not a computer wiz or very much of a gamer, unlike my fiancè who builds his own computers and games all the time. He recommended this one for me for the few games I do play and to use for school work. It works great for school and gaming! It doesnt freeze and is very fast, plus I love the light up keyboard!

I use this laptop for gaming and watching movies and Id say they only issue I have is battery life going out somewhat quickly so I usually have to keep it plugged in. However everything else is just fine and reliable.

Laptop is great. Sturdy. What I was looking for.. EXCEPT.. Only one SSD slot. Ad is clearly unclear. Wasted money on a 2nd SSD as I bought them at the same time assuming it had an extra slot.. Disappointed when I opened it up. Poorly done ads on this one.

Battery didn’t last long so gotta keep it plugged in all the time. The fan is loud and in silent mode doesn’t really do much “cooling” so either performance or turbo is the best route.

Excellent for gaming and everyday work, over 200 fps, high quality image and everything charges so fast. From Valorant to some Nintendo switch emulators. Lightweight and cute customised keyboard light, I really loved it!
