Good budget laptop. Dont pay over 700 for this.

I bought this computer about 10 months ago because the old one almost die out.

Maybe the worst laptop i ever bought, the screen its below the average in colors and brigthness, the sound of the speakers are low, poor battery life, fingerprint magnet, runs hot in ligth games like LOL, and frecuently freezes and crash the system. I tough was gonna improve with updates but i think its even worst now. Its a fast computer, but too many bugs. Sometimes the dedicated butons to change the profile of performance ramdomly stops working and have yo restart. My last laptop was an Acer and i never had this kind of problems, i wont buy again from Asus. Not recomended. too unnstable, sad for me, you beware

Es rápida y me gustó su relación calidad - precio, yo la uso más que nada para el trabajo y ocio, la llevo usando un mes y no se caliente, normalmente abro al mismo tiempo el navegador con 8 pestañas, 2 a 4 programas de mi trabajo más los de ofimática como word y excel más todo el día YouTube para escuchar música, a veces trabajo hasta 12 hrs y no se ha calentado, aún no la he usado con juegos demandantes que al parecer es ahí cuando sí se calienta como cualquier laptop...

Was operating fine until its second day of use when the monitor randomly shut off. Everything else seemed to be working; the keyboard was glowing, fans were still active, but the monitor refused to turn on. I called customer support and the problem was solved temporarily before the monitor shut off again. Now, it’s just not turning on at all. I don’t think it’s a bad laptop brand or anything but I’d be cautious when purchasing this PC.

Overall, love the laptop. Its great for gaming, runs well, and is lightweight. The trackpad isnt the best, so a mouse would be a good addition. My biggest complaint is that it doesnt have a second nvme slot as stated in the description. If your plan to upgrade the storage, your only path is to either upgrade the stock nvme or add a regular ssd (the kind in an enclosure). I rated it a 3 for value as I feel ripped off by this oversight in the product description.

Inicia Windows súper rápido, juegos como Apex los corre con fluidez. Le puse 8GB de Ram extra (la HyperX de 3200 Mhz) para tener los 16GB para cuando necesito abrir programas de diseño o jugar. El teclado es muy muy cómodo, y como viene en inglés recomiendo mucho descargar holdKey (gratis con version pro) para que al mantener la a presionada, salgan opciones con acentos o presionar a o a para obtener á, etc (ojo, desactivar al momento de jugar o el personaje no se moverá).

I purchased this laptop Aug. 20 2020 and have been happy with it, EXCEPT... the Amazon page shows a diagram for Expansion Options with additional open slots for both M.2 NVMe drive and 2.5 SATA drive.

Great laptop! I use it for school, work and gaming. Perfect for my needs.

Me encantó el diseño además que es muy rápida, para juegos la uso ocasionalmente y va bien, lo único que no me gustó fue que la duración de batería no es la mejor, apenas y 3 horas de uso, sin embargo se entiende al ser un equipo gamer.
