So I bought this upgrading from a $300 laptop and I gotta say this is definitely worth the purchase. It can run games like League, Valorant, and others at high graphics with barely any heating and definitely no lags or skips. It does become noticeably loud with the fans if you plug it in and do just about anything but it does not lag or skip. The battery life is probably the only complaint, it’s out in maybe an hour or two max so it does need multiple charges but that was the case for most the laptops I used anyway. It probably maxes out at large games like Apex and Fortnite, or other large map games I haven’t played. It’s good for mid scale gaming imo and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The display and audio is good. I can’t seem to use any of the top most keys to control the laptop though but I also haven’t read the guide so idk. Would recommend if you’re looking for decent gaming experience but not for 24/7 heavy gaming

Why there is an AC-type charger?? I can not use an AC type of charger in the US.

Had to return after the day I got it, it was really disappointing had high hopes on it, first day of use just working on pdf documents it crashed on me 5 times, called support and they made me download and install like 5 drivers and more stuff, I was thinking it would get better but it won’t, really tried giving all the chances to it and following all the trouble shooting solutions I could find but I just cannot make it work decently, don’t even try any game, it won’t work and will crash on you, save the upset and buy another brand better

I admit that I comparison shopped a lot of various laptops in various pricing categories. I admit I am not a heavy gamer but from time to time I enjoy playing Gears of War or Halo and sometimes simpler things like Risk. My libraries are, for the most part, all on Xbox Game Pass and on Steam and thus far this laptop is doing great. Seems to manage temps well, plays the games smooth and for having a 10th gen processor and the GTX 1650 on board, its handling what I need it to without breaking the bank. I am very glad I decided to go with this laptop!

Laptop arrived basically DOA. Will turn off immediately if I unplug power cord.

I was very disappointed in the battery life. I could get maybe an hour if it was not on charge.

Ordered this computer new, had it for about three to four months and had only used it less than ten times when the computer shut down and brought me to a blue screen. I was unable to get past this blue screen. I called, messaged and talked to multiple representatives from the company and not one helpful suggestion other than send it in. Was a little disappointed but understood I would have to send it in until they told me that if I sent it in and it got lost or damaged, it was my fault and I would basically be at a loss. They told me to purchase insurance, as if the money I already spent on this computer, basically new mind you, wasn’t enough. Will not buy this brand again. Very disappointing. Support members were super unhelpful.

[Edit as of 12/02/2022. I put this laptop through quite a few more modern games and found that it stutters quite a bit, even on lower settings. I tested New World, World of Warcraft, Apex Legends, and elder scrolls online. Frame rates drop pretty significantly if any action happens in those games. Be aware that modern games are playable, but you will see some stutters.]

Quise aumentarle la memoria ram y al abril el computador se verifico que ya había Sido destapado y sus componentes cambiados, no trae disco duro sólido como es original le cambian por un M2 de mala calidad de igual manera la memoria ram que le colocan , muy mal para el vendedor los tornillos estaban sueltos algunos
