When I received this box, it came with my laptop, the ac adapter, its cable and the sata adapter, but it didnt came with the stickers. Ive seen enough unboxing videos, so I need them please support me.

The lap top is fantastic I am not gonna lie, but 8gb of ram it is not enough for gaming. It is not recommended to play at the exact ram that a game requires cause then you will not have a pleasant experience (don’t get me wrong the laptop will make it but a bit laggy). Also it comes with a few parts for you to upgrade the laptop, but instead of doing that (that you will spend money anyway for it) buy a better version of the laptop. Besides that, it is a good reliable piece of equipment.

Seal for laptop box was cut. Missing power cord and had a electronic card or socket unplugged. Item not sure, quality of Amazon delivery not good

Bought this computer strictly to play new world. I play on high settings without any issues. I did upgrade the RAM as well as the memory. Not disappointed in the least.

Not the best high end gaming laptop but still a solid workstation indeed. Considering the upgradability and my external graphics card its a nice starter rig.

My family purchased two of these computers fifteen and fourteen months ago, respectively, and both are fried. My husband has a faulty fan that squeals when in use, and mine will not turn on at all beyond a flashing keyboard as of today. His is just...what it is. With mine, I tried all troubleshooting steps advised - still nothing. Fortunately, my semester is over and I dont need the laptop for class yet. Unfortunately, Im now faced with costly repairs after spending $1600 less than a year and a half ago. These laptops were never put through rugged conditions - both sat at home, on a desk, with recommended charging settings, in sleep mode or off when not in use and dusted regularly. There is no visible damage inside the laptops or signs of overheating. These are just bad products with a limited shelf life.

Excelente equipó de entrada funciona excelente con juegos actuales con gráficos medios la pantalla se ve magnífica para mí gusto buen sonido de sus parlantes y con capacidad de expandir el almacenamiento con sus dos puertos M.2 y el puerto santa para un SSD de 2.5 para trabajo y jugar algunas partidas recomendado no decepciona
