Just got it and already wont hold a charge on the second day. Cant get a replacement for some reason.

Laptop was shipped and received quickly. It is quite hefty, but I dont mind since I dont plan to dragging it around and it will stay on a stand with my wireless keyboard and mouse anyway. The laptop wouldnt turn on out of the box, so I charged it a while first. Charged to 100%, unplugged charger and began the fun task of set up, updating, downloading, installing and registration and left it alone to run some errands. After 3 hours, I returned to a dead laptop. The battery was completely sucked dry. I didnt mind this initially (Im fairly patient), so I just plugged it back in to resume update and installation tasks. Had it charged to 100% and unplugged it again (I dont like keeping chargers plugged in). Completed all the necessary things and restarted. Booting up was very nice and quick. After working on digital art (Krita) for a bit, decided to plug it back in. The screen went completely BLACK - shut off. I nearly flipped out. Thankfully after 2 seconds, the display came back on my work is still there and laptop seems to continue running. The blackout period upon plugging in the charger was definitely unexpected and I can imagine the frustration and shock that must come to people who do play games on this laptop. Not sure if this is normal, but this is a regular occurrence on my laptop whenever I plug in the charger.

Takes a little getting used to if you’re used to a smaller computer, but once you do get used to it, it’s an incredible computer. My only word of warning is make sure you have a cooling pad for it, because it can get hot pretty quickly. Overall, this thing runs even the biggest of games really smoothly

Loud and distinct coil whine / ticking noise in the GPU developed after a year. Will be sending in for servicing.

the battery dies super quick

I expected this to be a lot better than it does. It’s laggy. I guess it could be the internet but I have the fastest you ban get…..

A solid rugged gaming laptop with a decent display at a very fair price. Designed for easy memory upgades and added drives. I did not like the fact that it needed a firmware upgrade to load a game I play. The delay cost me hundreds to thousands of dollars. It should have upgraded the firmware when I turned it on.

Didnt even have this 24 hours and already the backlit spacebar is dead! (Not much typing/gaming done, either. All we did was download programs we need or want.) I hold no hope for this computer to survive nicely for a few years. Contacting seller, but I have my doubts about their customer service and warranty. Will update if I become even mildly impressed at ANY point.
