Ill preface this by saying Im a more advanced user. I have been repairing computers casually for 2 decades. I think this computer could be good but 4GB of memory is way too low. Im only running a few windows of Chrome and the thing has become unusable with constant hang ups. The memory is maxed out. You will need to upgrade this laptop immediately. I would not buy this if you dont know how to make the upgrade. I wanted a backup computer with good battery life that I could casually browse the internet on, not do anything powerful. This one cant handle it. Id return it if I didnt know how to upgrade the memory, but Ill just get more.

The laptop is fast. It takes maybe 2-3 secs to boot. Its definitely value for money.

The volume at the highest is the worst of any computer I have ever owned, and I have owned many (HPs, Dells, Acers, etc.) I think it was overpriced for what you get.

I’ve had this for 4 months and it no longer works. I got a new charger for it to see if that was the issue and nope. I only used it for homework and emails. No other programs. This sucker is dead and I wasted all that money.

A very simple laptop. If you only want it to do simple jobs and watch the typical apps of series and movies, this is your computer.

Basically it was OK until the Wi-Fi quit working on it. Looks like a hardware issue. Really disappointed!
