Up to month seven, this was a 5-star product. Quick, light, and has great battery life. At month 8, the USB port stopped working. A BIOS update, USB driver re-install, and all OS updates did not change the broken operation. I decided to live with it and bought a USB-C to USB-A cable. At month 13, this machine is now making high-pitched noises for no apparent reason (its not the fan). So, its being shipped off to Asurion--you have to ship the entire laptop. Ive always been an ASUS advocate, but I find myself hoping that Asurion cant fix the machine and will give me purchasing credit for something else....

I really wanted to love this computer, Ive spent several months looking for a laptop that was reasonably powerful, great for productivity, video streaming, multitasking and light engineering software. The functionality is fantastic, great battery, pretty nice keyboard, plenty of storage, and extras like the pen, sleeve and stand. But unfortunately when you get down to using this laptop, there are somethings that must either be a faulty device or aspects that most people dont use. When I have more than 8 tabs of edge open, boy do they get slow! Videos wont load, downloads are painfully slow, and glitches both on the main screen and the screenpad+ are too frequent for this kind of price. The screen pad software has good concept but is extraordinarily buggy and glitches out all the time. The screen pad menu disappears randomly, content wont load there, the windows functions only sometimes work, the screenpad and the pen arent well synced and dont register marks, and palm rejection is nearly nonexistent. Ive come to realize that even with an 11th gen i7, this is a deceptively week CPU, which has been a great disappointment. The graphics card is alright, not fantastic but ok for simple tasks. I plan to see if the computer warms up and speeds up a bit in the coming days, but if it continues to underperform in suspicious ways I will likely return it and opt for a rog zephyrus. Its just too pricey for so many compromises and malfunctions.

I reported the keyboard /cursor problems to both Amazon and Asus. Asus promised me to contact me within 48 hours on 03/11/2022. However, 72 hours has passed. Nobody contacted me. It is 9PM EST now of 03/16/2022. What can I do?

I just bougth it and I love how it works. Battery life is long and both screens work great for multitasking. Software is smooth and responses quickly. ASUS services are high quality. Im receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback.

I’ve been an apple only guy for 20 years. They have good products that are ez to use and figure out if your not really a computer guy or gal. With windows 11 it’s a bit of a learning curve but it really does make organizing very ez. Still finding things but if I can learn it so can anyone. Asus really made this thing nice. The quality is better than Mac and the support team has been great. Real people that speak great English. The two screens are awesome. With 16 gb of ram and 2 tb ssd I’m set. The graphics are nice and if your right handed the mouse pad is in the perfect spot. This will be the one the rest will copy. Not made by communist labor either. Bonus.

Top screen cracked in lower right corner first week, then it spider cracked at a pinhole in same spot and spread across screen. Never dropped or had anything happen to it. Realized the hinge and frame between lower screen and top screen was pressing on top when closed and think a pressure point caused screen cracked as aligned perfectly at impact/hole point. Love the idea of the two screens for windows, screen quality awesome, keyboard wonderful to use and high functioning. I do not like the built in stand as always fixing one of the inserts to make it stand up. Too many times it failed to recognize my face for screen unfreeze. Pen does not stay in the case slot and was always falling out in my bag and had to find- needs to have a magnetic holder. I was excited about this computer but returned for a different type as just wasn’t going to work for me.

I love cool gadgets. I am a bona fide early adopter. And this computer is amazing. It is such a game changer and has allowed me to be more productive. The screens are seamless, the ability to preset how you want things to appear is a great feature. The stylus is great. Even the little trackpad rocks. I actually like the placement of the keyboard as with all my other laptops, I have used a remote keyboard. The placement is so much more comfortable and the keys feel great as you type.

This computer is great for anyone but especially great for students or teachers. The smaller secondary screen is great for dragging stuff you want to reference from with out ha ing to flip back and forth.

it is a good laptop ang time and has a very good processing power, but the issue is with the battery, if you dont use it for long time say 4 to 5 days or week the the battery dies and get drained, but the good thing is that it gets charged faster.

Can’t say enough about how phenomenal this laptop is. If you are looking for a laptop that can take your multitasking to the next level…well this is it.
