Very happy with this window shade. It was very to install & fit perfectly. Keeps the trailer cooler now that the sun isnt shining on the thermostat thru the frosted the window. Great for keeping the RV lot lights out at night too. Love it.

So, I installed the first one with the Velcro on the camper door, and the second one I shaped the Velcro around the plastic window piece. Neither stick. The Velcro backing is quite sticky, which is perplexing, because within a day or two after applying it, the shades are just slumped down to the floor because the sticky backing just won’t hold. I really, really liked the idea of these, but they just won’t stay up. Gonna try to find a different Velcro and backing. Recommend you get some Velcro from somewhere else, apply it, and come back a few days later to see if it holds. If it does, Install the shades to that backing. I’m at two stars (instead of one) because I’m hoping I can find Velcro that will actually hold.

Looks good and does what it should. Easy install with more than enough Velcro tape provided. Nice and dark now!

What I expected

Found the shade to be easy to install, the adhesion work great, just needed a little trim to fit the window frame. Very happy with the shade as the sun rising no longer woke you up in the morning..

Easy to install and use

Nice thick fabric blocks out light. Easy to install and remove. The feature that enables half of the window to be covered is also a really nice option to let light in. Our refrigerator is right next to the door and having this blackout cover also decreases the heat load on the fridge.
