I was excited about the variety for sure but specifically that the numbers of the colors corresponded to DMC color thread numbers. I cannot attest to repeats as I didn’t count specifically but a wide array of colors were present and I found everything I wanted for a project I’d chosen to work on. Here’s where things took a turn for the tragic. In my pictures you can see how unspooling a skien of floss went. There were already visible knots. The two end were knitted together along with another portion of the thread. Once separated the ends were frayed. As I tried to pull one end of floss straight through it created a huge knot on one side of the holder sticker around the middle. Any attempts to undo knots found or created new knots. Once the floss is painstakingly unknotted you can see how poor the quality is. It’s completely untwined and separated in areas. After all of this work, when you proceed to use it in a project, it knots itself up given ANY slack at all to be pulled from one side of the fabric to the other. It was so much more of a hassle than the price is worth. I suppose it is ultimately usable thread/floss but I don’t think it’s actually cheap enough to justify all the work it takes to get to the point you can use it. I especially wouldn’t recommend it for beginners as they would be likely to spur on the unnecessary difficulty of the materials at the beginning. Also not giftable as it is a frustration instead of a treat. Do not buy!

My daughter loves the string and she’s made about 10 bracelets all of them look very good none of the string came apart and the bracelet still are holding up good after having them for a few weeks

I ordered this bracelet string to take along to a summer camp for making bracelets. This string works leagues better than some I have bought in the past and has a slight sheen to it. I pull the strings quite tightly and am used to restarting after some fray or snap, but I have not experienced that at all with this string. The colors that come are beautiful and vary from bland neutrals to bright pinks and mossy greens. A lot of the colors that come are neutrals like brown and green and there seem to be very few oranges and true yellows in this pack which I personally didnt mind. The length of the string is good for what I use it for and can be used in 3 to 4 bracelets depending on what type is being made. It was difficult to remove thread directly from the skeins and I found it helpful to reroll them into small bundles after use.
