Adkins makes the best protein shakes. They do not taste like proteins shakes. The coffee flavors are very delicious. It hold me over until lunch.

Im a big chocolate mocha fan but surprisingly I liked these better. They dont have the aftertaste of the mocha.

So I bought this on a whim because I was looking to buy a variety in flavors in protein shakes. I bought this because I really like chai, so I figured I would like this. Let me tell you this product is amazing. The taste is sooooo good, it reminds me of an iced chai latte from Starbucks. Its high in protein, and I drink one in the morning with a warmed up protein bar (I warm all my protein bars in an air fryer), and it keeps me full well past lunch time. I would recommend drinking it this way.......I take a large mason jar (32 oz), fill it halfway with ice, then pour the full bottle of this into it. I then add an additional 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and stir it all together. Doing this, I feel like I am getting more drink, and it makes it not so sweet and concentrated. It literally is like I am having a refreshing Starbuck treat every morning, but its healthy. The cost is good too, its $20 for a pack of 12. I only wish it had a little more protein in it (30 instead of 15) but thats a minor gripe. This will definitely be in my rotation of protein shakes.

I prefer hot coffee over cold any day. But when Im running late, this grab and go option, does the trick.

We love this Chai flavor when it is in stock. Highly recommended if you crave chai.
