Thick/stiff bristles... not the thin horse hair type Ive seen in the parts stores in my area.

Preferred a brush with stiff bristles that what act to push hardened grease away on drive gears of small landscape equipment. So far it the bristles have held up well with no splaying having occurred.

Excellent product

Bought this to do some interior cleaning on my wifes mom-mobile. This brush absolutely destroyed all the ground in poptarts and candy in hard to reach places. Cupholders, upholstery, buttons all quickly de-grimed with authority. The subtle cone tip worked great. I threw a lot of abuse at it and really expected to end up with a frayed mop of a brush. Instead it still looked new. I cant wait to use it to clean car parts.

does a great job of cleaning engine parts

Been using boar hair brushes for a couple years to clean and scrub customer vehicles. That has come to an end after testing this brush. Purchased all the brushes Atlasta offers and sent all my boar hairs to wheel cleaning duties.
