Greater than one weekNeeded to convert .m4a to .wma compatible file. Did not want to use free software on internet. There were no instructions on use, but if you figured out your iPhone, you can quickly figure this program out. Only confusion was how to clear the list of files that were converted. Just right-click on the top file and choose remove all. It converted 100’s of files quickly.

> 3 dayI purchased this product because I thought that I would be able convert audio cda files from my CDs to wav files for editing out extraneous announcements, applause, etc. Sadly, this product does not provide that capability. Although the product lit that came with the disc indicates that answers to questions and support will be provided by sending an email to [email protected], thus far two of my emails have gone unanswered.
