when there was a problem with the download I was able to get the help needed to fix the problem

I downloaded it 3x didnt work and didnt service the purpose of me

Everything on this disk is available on line for free. Also, the add shows a box. There is no box containing the CD. The advertising is also misleading and states there are 100s of tools. There are not 100s of tools on these discs.
