> 3 dayVery sad experience with these headphones. I had (and still have) a beat up old pair of M50s that work great. I got these for an upgrade in look and because the replaceable wiring was an attractive feature.

> 3 daySo disappointing, it has no notable difference from listening to music through your laptop speakers. I had a better one before for a lower price, I wish I could return it and invest my money in something better.

> 3 daySimply the best sounding headphones under $300 money can buy. Period. And this is not only my opinion - every audiophile magazine, website or list says the same!

> 3 dayThe only complaint I have is the leather/(pleather?) ear cuffs around the headphones after 3 years, started wearing off, leaving black leather/pleather on my skin around my ears. These are head and shoulders above my Sony headphones (50$) and arctis 3 (70$) that I have purchased, and are well worth the investment, but if youre reading this audio-technica, I love the quality of sound for stereo monitoring music production that I use them for, but please update the material of the earcuff.. 6 years in and it has been progressively wearing off more and more, i.e. Minimal; year 3, moderate wear off. year 4, serious wear off; year 5, lots of wear off; and now year 6 there are speckles of black pleather on my ears/head everytime i use them.
